Galore is not responsible
for representational errors concerning merchandise on this site. Errors may be
in the form of typos, products accidentally misrepresented by the wrong photo,
or any other human error in the production of this site's pages. Birthdays
Galore does not engage in any
business practice aimed at misleading customers. If you find or suspect any

We do our best to accurately represent the items we
offer. If you have any questions or concerns about the items you are purchasing,

vary in the following aspects:
- Some Party Themes will vary in color. Some
themes had shades of colors.
- The color items represented on your
computer screen may not be exact colors. Different monitors may display colors
differently.
- Handmade material may vary slightly in color.
- Product photos do not represent the actual size
of merchandise items. Approximate size is given in item description.
Returning
Merchandise
Only Defective, damaged, or miss-shipped
products may be returned , if notified within 3 business days of product
delivery for a refunds. All refunds are subject to the 35% restocking
charge.. shipping fees are non refundable. Please call
888-212-4836 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. No
Refunds After 30 Days.
We are not responsible for delays in shipments.
Products that are refused or returned because of late arrival are subject to the
35% restocking charge. It is the customer's responsibility to check the shipping
schedules and determine approximate delivery time to the destination, allowing 2
business days to process orders. Weekends and holidays do not count as
shipping or order processing days.
*No Refunds for Balloons. We do not refund
shipping fees . *Items that are seasonal, on sale, personalized candy bars,
items that are specially made, and other items identified as non-returnable are
not eligible for return or refund. On Large orders over $150 that require us to
order direct from the factory no returns are allowed. No refund on International
orders. We are not responsible for lost International
shipments.
The following policies are effective on all
international orders:
- All orders must include complete Billing and
Shipping information including a contact phone number.
- Payment in U.S. Dollars, by Credit Card, Bank
Draft/Money Order, or Wire Transfer only.
- No refund on International orders. We
are not responsible for lost International shipments.
- All other policies on this page are effective
(where applicable).

the box with the Return Merchandise Authorization
number.
